For individual research grants and visiting scholar grants, applications will be accepted quarterly on February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1. Multi-school research applications will be accepted annually on February 1.

All applications should be electronically submitted to adwgrant@vcu.edu no later than 5 p.m. on the application deadline date. If the deadline falls on a holiday or weekend, applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on the next working day.
